Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager publishers currently using the new sales experience can successfully create new Proposals in Google Ad Manager.

Oct 2, 2019 4:18 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a significant subset of users of Google Ad Manager at Oct 2, 2019, 9:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Please note that this issue only impacts publishers using the new sales experience. New Proposals cannot be successfully created in Google Ad Manager. Clicking the "Save" or "Add proposal line item" button on a new Proposal will appear to cause no change to the page.

As a workaround, adding any value (e.g. 123, a, b) to the optional "Notes" field will allow for successful new Proposal creation, and this value can then be easily removed after the issue is resolved. Impacted users could also temporarily revert to the old Sales UI by clicking 'Back to previous version' on the main Proposal screen, but note that the fix is in progress.
