Incident affecting Google Ad Manager DAI

Sep 1, 2026 10:05 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager DAI has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager DAI, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Ad Manager DAI stream requests failing with internal errors (4xx or 5xx). The issue is now resolved.
Sep 1, 2026 4:28 PM UTC Google Ad Manager DAI service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager DAI, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Ad Manager DAI stream requests failing with internal errors (4xx or 5xx). Engineering has identified the root cause and deployed a mitigation covering most streams, while work continues to address the remaining impact.

There is currently no workaround.
