Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Mar 17, 2026	12:00 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data. Ad Exchange total requests and related metrics are again correct in Interactive reports.
Mar 12, 2026	11:23 PM UTC	Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Mar 17, 2026, 10:00 PM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data. Ad Exchange total requests metric may be incorrect in Interactive reports. Related metrics will also be incorrect (eg: Ad Exchange match rate, Ad Exchange total request eCPM, etc) Legacy/deprecated reporting is not affected which provides a workaround while we work to resolve this issue.

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data. Ad Exchange match rate and Ad Exchange requests values are not matching between Ad Manager interactive reports and the legacy reporting query tool (deprecated).
