Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2021-09-15 21:00 and ended at 2021-09-16 14:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Sep 16, 2021	2:33 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are unable to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. All of the delayed Data Transfer files for Sep 15th 2021 are now published and available to all publishers.
Sep 16, 2021	3:07 AM UTC	Google Ad Manager Data Transfer service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. Both Reservation and Backfill Data Transfer files are currently being published and should be available in the coming hours while the publishing tasks for the delayed files complete.
Sep 16, 2021	1:29 AM UTC	Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Sep 16, 2021, 3:00 AM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. Some Data Transfer reservation files are still not available to all users. Additionally, some Data Transfer backfill files are also not available due to the same issue.
Sep 15, 2021	11:05 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager Data Transfer service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. The issue affecting Data Transfer has been resolved. The affected Data Transfer files are in the process of being generated and should appear in their respective Data Transfer files buckets shortly.

All Reservation-Type Data Transfer files are currently delayed and have not been generated for the past 15 hours.
