Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager Interactive Report Exports are now getting generated normally.
Dec 10, 2025 3:22 PM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Dec 10, 2025, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

**Google Ad Manager Interactive Report Exports are failing for reports with long display names or with commas in the display name. Exports to Google Sheets are throwing exceptions, and other formats (CSV and XLS) are downloading without file extensions. This is impacting both Google Ad Manager Frontend - Interactive Reports and Scheduled Reports. **

User can rename the report name to shorten the name to 100 characters and/or remove the comma(,) in the report name. Users can also rename the downloaded files to add the .csv or .xls extension for CSV and XLS formats, respectively. To use the data in Google Sheets, copy the contents from the downloaded file and paste it into a new sheet.

Exporting Google Ad Manager Interactive Reports are failing for users.
