Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Jul 29, 2022 6:22 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The issue where some PG Deals were showing erroneous 'Need creatives' and ‘Buyer action required' alerts is now fixed. Users should not be seeing these specific alerts unless applicable to a specific Deal status.

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager users are seeing incorrect 'Need creatives' and ‘Buyer action required’ alerts for some Deals that are properly set up and/or delivering.
