Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Jun 2, 2023	7:57 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Google AdManager users are now able to access Admin > Linked accounts.
May 31, 2023	3:16 PM UTC	We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager at Jun 1, 2023, 9:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. *Google AdManager users trying to access Admin > Linked accounts are being redirected to a "Page not found".* *As a workaround, users can manually edit the url and replace "audience_extension" with "exchange_backfill".* eg: https://admanager.google.com/000000#admin/linked_accounts/exchange_backfill/list
