Jun 20, 2024 6:05 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
Jun 17, 2024 4:41 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager at Jun 21, 2024, 8:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

We’ve been alerted to an issue with Ad Manager where Publishers are unable to download CSV in Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Payments Tab. Engineering created the fix and it should be completed by the end of this week.

We’ve been alerted to an issue with Ad Manager where Publishers are unable to download CSV in Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Payments Tab. Engineering has identified the root cause of the issue and is working on the fix.
