Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2022-09-06 21:00 and ended at 2022-09-12 16:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Sep 12, 2022 3:57 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.

The issue where stats were missing in different Data Transfer Files that occurred with the first affected DT hour at August 30, 2022 5PM (PDT) until the last affected DT hour at September 08, 2022 10AM (PDT) has been fixed and Publishers should have access to the data already. All files affected have been republished with the "_corrected" suffix (example: NetworkCodeServes_xxxxxxx_20220901_05_corrected.gz).

Sep 9, 2022 7:04 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager Data Transfer at Sep 17, 2022, 6:59 AM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.

The Engineering team confirmed that the Data Transfer issue where stats are missing in different DT Files occurred with the first affected DT hour at August 30, 2022 5PM (PDT) until the last affected DT hour at September 08, 2022 10AM (PDT). Those hours are part of the affected DT file names mentioned below and data outside of that range is correct, complete, and available to customers. The current ETA for this fix is ~1 week from today. Please see the specific impact details by File Type below.

The “ImpressionId” and “TargetedCustomCriteria” fields are missing data for the following Ad Manager Data Transfer file types: NetworkCodeServes, NetworkImpressions, NetworkRequests, NetworkActiveViews, NetworkClicks, NetworkRichMediaConversions, NetworkVideoConversions.

The "TargetedCustomCriteria" field is missing data for the following Ad Manager Data Transfer file types: NetworkActivities, NetworkMinimumBidToWin (Beta).

The following Ad Manager Data Transfer File Types are unaffected by this issue: NetworkBackfillCodeServes, NetworkBackfillImpressions, NetworkBackfillRequests, NetworkBackfillActiveViews, NetworkBackfillClicks, NetworkBackfillRichMediaConversions, NetworkBackfillVideoConversions, NetworkBackfillBids (Beta).

Since August 30, 2022 starting with ~hour 1, some Ad Manager Data Transfer files are missing data. Please see the specific impact details by File Type below.

Some Publishers may notice some missing data in their Ad Manager Data Transfer files from the 30th of August.
