Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Oct 11, 2023 8:25 AM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager traffic is now able to serve programmatic backfill (e.g. Open Auction, Private Auction, First Look). Programmatic Guaranteed & Preferred Deals with Display & Video 360 (DV360) buyers are also able to serve without any issues.

Oct 11, 2023 3:50 AM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Oct 11, 2023, 10:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

A significant volume of Google Ad Manager traffic is currently unable to serve programmatic backfill (e.g. Open Auction, Private Auction, First Look). Additionally, Programmatic Guaranteed & Preferred Deals with Display & Video 360 (DV360) buyers are largely unable to serve, though some delivery may still occur in smaller than expected quantities. Non-programmatic reservation line items, as well as non-guaranteed line items such as Network, Bulk, Price Priority, and House are unaffected and serving without issue.

Additionally, we recommend that you temporarily avoid making any changes to existing Orders, Line Items, Creatives, and any other Ad Manager network settings (including Unified Pricing Rules and Protections).
