Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Apr 8, 2019 9:26 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The issue with Google Ad Manager reporting showing high latency is now fully resolved. Please expect all reporting queries to be processed within our normal historic levels.

Apr 8, 2019 5:50 PM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

The reporting latency issue has been mitigated and is now in-line with our standard historic levels. Nevertheless, we haven't confirmed the issue to be fully resolved yet.

Apr 5, 2019 11:11 PM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager users are experiencing latency when pulling reports. This issue is not limited to specific report types and may be inconsistent in regards to latency duration.
