Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2023-09-13 17:30 and ended at 2023-09-14 15:38 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Sep 14, 2023	3:38 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be added to this dashboard. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The GPT (Google Publisher Tags) library was failing to send ad requests on non-SSL websites for users using Chrome browsers. Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and submitted a fix which is currently rolling out to the remaining affected traffic.

Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The GPT (Google Publisher Tags) library is failing to send ad requests on non-SSL websites for users using Chrome browsers. Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and a fix is being implemented.
