When a customer selects your business, they can simply click your ad and connect with you by phone. If a customer used your Local Services Ads ad to hire you and the job is complete, they are then encouraged to leave a review. These reviews are posted on your provider profile to encourage other potential customers to book your services with confidence.
What is the Google Guarantee?
When you sign up and complete the verification process for Local Services Ads, you become a Google Guaranteed business. The Google Guarantee helps you build a strong reputation online, giving potential customers peace of mind that you have been vetted and approved by Google. If a customer is unhappy with the quality of your work, Google may (in our sole and absolute discretion) reimburse up to the amount paid for jobs booked through Local Services Ads, with a lifetime cap.
What is the qualification criteria to advertise on Local Services Ads?
Once you create an account and tell us more about your business, we’ll work with you to verify that your business meets local requirements such as licence and insurance requirements.

While you can have more than one Google Local Services Ads account and location, each location needs to have its own address and be verified by our team.
How do I add users to my account?
To add users, sign in to your account on ads.google.com using the same email and password associated with your Local Services Ads account, find the grey toolbar, select the wrench icon, then select Account Access. Here you can add or remove users.
